Big Bear Luxury Cabin - Rates and Special Rates

RATES:

Winter Rate:
November 1—March 31
$650 a night

Summer Rate:
April 1—October 31
$500 a night

Holiday Rate:
Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, New Year's week, Fourth of July week
$750 per night

All reservations are subject to Transient Occupancy Tax of 6% and house cleaning fees of $150.00. A refundable security deposit of $750.00 is required. Your deposit will be returned after no damage has been reported. If you need to cancel your reservation, a 30 day notice is required to receive your deposit back.

Additional services such as linen service or firewood delivery are extra and may be included at the guest's request.

Thank you for your interest in our cabin. . We require a minimum of a two (2) night stay for Spring/Summer. A three (3) night stay is required in the winter. Holiday periods require a minimum of a four (4) night stay

Spring & Summer Only
We require a two night minimum stay. If you book the cabin for three days or more we will deduct $50.00 off each night. Please mention this special at the time of your booking. This offer only applies to Spring/summer rentals

For example, if you book a four night stay we will give you the fifth night for FREE. If you book a five night stay we will give you the sixth and seventh nights for FREE.

To take advantage of this offer you must book your reservation 30 days or more in advance of your stay. This offer is good until further notice. This promotion is not valid during the winter or holiday weeks. Prices and availability are subject to change.

We accept 100% T.A.C. dollars.

For all T.A.C. rental transactions the minimum rental period is a four day stay. In addition, you must sign the Transient Occupancy Agreement; pay a refundable $750.00 deposit, and a non-refundable $150.00 cleaning fee.

All T.A.C. transactions are subject to availability.

Availability
There are not many vacation rental cabins in Big Bear that provide this level of comfort, luxury, and amenities for its guests so availability is limited.
